The Dublin TCX82 Two-Way 8" Loudspeaker from Turbosound is a passive 800W loudspeaker suitable for a wide range of speech and music sound-reinforcement applications. It consists of a trapezoidal enclosure housing a high-excursion 8" low-frequency driver with low-mass voice coil for improved transient response, and a dome with 1" compression driver mounted on a rotatable 90° horizontal by 60° vertical dispersion-converging elliptical waveguide. The rear-panel connector provides two Neutrik speakON NL4 connectors for input and link functions wired in parallel to a 4-way barrier strip connector.
Finished in a highly durable semi-matte black paint, the cabinet is constructed from 12mm birch plywood and is constructed with a rugged powder-coated perforated steel-mesh grille backed with reticulated foam. Multiple threaded rigging points are provided for suspension in any orientation, or for mounting with standard wall and ceiling brackets. The TCX82 Loudspeaker also features concealed socket for standard pole mounting, as well as integrated handles for convenient transport.
