Can the light ring be used INSIDE of the PT059 ...

Can the light ring be used INSIDE of the PT059 underwater housing? I will be diving deeper than 50'

No. It won’t fit. And the housing blocks it. The light is very dim anyway so I would say that this gadget is only useful for land closeups at night. It will be expensive but you will want to get a strobe or at least video dive light (120 degree beam). It will make a huge difference with it for color. Check out backscatter for a review of this camera.

is this compatible with Olympus CSCH-127 Silicone Jacket for Tough TG-6 Digital Camera?

I use it with the silicone jacket on my TG-5. It works but it's not exactly the best fit. It stretches the thin piece of silicone between the flash and the lens. It works but I think the cover will eventually tear from there.

Yes, you will need to remove the lens ring on the OM SYSTEM Tough TG-7 Digital Camera in order to connect the Olympus LG-1 LED Macro Ring Light.
