What is the average battery life/duration of this unit? I checked on the JuicedLink website and it says super long battery life which is pretty vague!
actually their website specifies in great detail. 12 hours for disposable AAs and most rechargeable.

So you can only monitor out of one side of the headphone?
This is because the other side is the same audio recorded at -16db for safety

If you get only one Lil Darling, does it have a slate (tone)? And how do you sync audio with the video shot? What if you start and stop the video, how do you sync audio to that?
I make the talent get close enough to the slates that I can see the audio spikes in the timeline. Once the slate claps they go to their start marks.
