Within a day of using it with a battery pack for a 4 day event, the ends started unraveling exposing the wires which to my surprise started giving me electric shocks. Pay extra and get the better quality. Even applying electric tape over the exposed open wires didn't help using this.

Don't buy it

Using this cable for the first time the outside insulation pulled out of the end plug exposing the wires near the strobe on the first use. I was not causing any excessive strain on the cable. it was plugged into a Quantum power pack on my hip. Luckily the wires didn't pull out also or I would have lost a lot of shots.
