Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable, but wish it could be shorter... The strap and pad are super comfortable, and easy to wear and adjust. I like the swivel buckles which ensure there's no strap drag on clothing or skin. The pull adjust works just as smoothly as shown in the Custom SLR demo video. The only drawback? For a petite person (5' 2), I wish the strap were shorter. I have it adjusted as short as it will go, but still allow the strap pad to be in the proper place, even if a bit too far back (still comfortable), and the camera still hangs a bit lower than I'd prefer. However, it's not SO far off that I'd ditch this strap. I also prefer to wear my camera crossbody style with the camera in the front, so that is a consideration, too. If I preferred it to hang off the back of my hip, then the strap sizing is probably appropriate even for petites. I considered much more expensive straps, but I'm so happy to have found an inexpensive, but super functional and comfortable strap like this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buy this strap I love how comfortable this strap is on my shoulder. The elasticity has more give, where as other straps can tug on shoulder. This is the 2nd strap I bought because I like it so much. Buy with confidence.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super comfortable, great deal Had this mounted on my 1DS and performed phenomenally. The neoprene Strap is super comfortable and adjustments are made very easily. A breeze to install and comfortable after multiple days of use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Product, Great Value I had been looking for a strap like this for awhile, trying to decide on different manufacturers products. I don't own a Black Rapid Strap, so I can't really compare it to the Custom SLR Air Strap. The main reason I chose the Air Strap was that it connected to the camera eyelets rather than to the tripod screw mount. My reason for not wanting to use the tripod screw mount was that I always have my battery grip attached to my camera. I felt that attaching the strap to the screw mount on the bottom of the battery grip might not be the safest solution by adding undo stress to the grip and having the camera hanging upside down. I am sure that BR has fully tested their product, and it is used by many photographers, so my concerns may be totally unwarranted. Call me paranoid, but this was my reasoning for deciding on the Air Strap. Yes, the material used to connect the Air Strap to the camera eyelets could fail too after prolonged usage, but at least this way it is connected at two points. The strap is very comfortable, lightweight, adjusts very easy, and is simple to use. So far I am very happy with the Air Strap.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't fit Nikon D5500 While the camera strap itself looks nice, it didn't fit my camera so I wasn't able to use it. The fabric on the loops that attach to the camera was too thick to fit through the slots on the side of my Nikon D5500, despite trying for a while. I don't think it's accurate for the manufacturer to state that the strap fits most cameras without noting specific cameras that it doesn't fit, considering the Nikon D5000 line is pretty popular.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Preferred Camera Strap This is my second Air Strap. I bought it for my backup camera. I have used so many different straps, some much more expensive than this one, and this is the one I like the best. It's easy to assemble and feels good on your shoulders.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my needs--and so inexpensive! I was surprised by how well this strap works for me. I loved every aspect of my new Olympus E-M1 Mk2 except for the strap which came with the camera. In all honesty, if I wanted a camera strap which just suspended the camera in front of me the nice wide factory strap would have been outstanding, however, I prefer to carry my camera on my side with the strap slung over my left shoulder. I researched various straps for this purpose and found many utilized an attachment point on the tripod mount hole--that wasn't for me as I tend to use prime lenses, and need to put my camera down when switching one focal length for another or just rummage through my camera bag for something. Yes, I could always place my camera on its back, but I prefer the freedom to place it down in whatever is most convenient for me. The Air Strap was one of the designs which used the existing strap eyelets on my camera, which was what I was looking for. I was a bit leery of purchasing a strap so inexpensive, as I wondered about the quality; however I found that Air Strap was actually quite solidly constructed: the quick detach buttons were very sturdy/secure and the strap materials were as good as you'd find on a backpack from EMS. But the best part of the strap is the foam neck pad. It's amazingly comfortable. It's not just a straight piece of polyurethane foam; rather it's contoured so that the middle (where it rides against your neck) is slightly narrower than the ends of the pad; the polyurethane foam padding is perforated so that it breathes and is encased in elastic mesh which allows it to slide effortlessly over your shoulder/neck. Though I'm not carrying a full-frame camera/lens, my typical setup still weighs better than 2 pounds, yet with this strap I barely feel a thing even during day-long shoots. For me, that's what a camera strap is supposed to do.
