Expert Shield X000JM16W1 Reviews
Favorite screen protectors
I really like Expert Shield screen protectors. I have used most of the popular brands over the years, but now every time I buy a new camera, I put an Expert Shield Crystal Clear on it. I like that they are low-profile, relatively easy to install, durable and look great throughout the life of my cameras. The only thing keeping me from giving this 5 stars, is that this particular one arrived to me with a little 2mm area along one edge that had a little burr or something, and didnt quite seat as well as I would have liked on that spot. Its not enough of an issue to contact Crystal Shield customer support about, and its not even really noticeable now that the screen is installed, but its just shy of perfect. One trick to installing these screen protectors is to make sure you have some Scotch/transparent tape on hand when you do so. If you get a speck of dust or lint under the screen, use a little piece of tape to peel back up the protector from one corner. Then use another piece of tape to sticky the dust speck off of the underside of protector or off of the screen (whichever surface it ends up on). Lie the protector back down, massage any bubbles out, and youre good to go.
