The Rokinon 12mm T2.2 Cine Lens for Canon EF-M Mount is a wide-angle lens optimized for digital cinematography. The lens produces an image circle that will cover APS-C sized sensors or smaller. For use with a follow focus unit, the focus and aperture rings feature industry-standard 0.8 pitch gearing. The aperture ring is also de-clicked to allow for smooth iris pulls while shooting. Focus, aperture, and depth of field markings are on the side of the lens to aid focus pullers, who typically operates on the side of the camera.

question

Is this a manual focus lens?
Asked by: Romeo
Yes it only comes in manual focus and manual aperture. This is for a Canon M-mount and will not fit on standard canon cameras. I believe this lens is for the canon c100 or c300 cinema cameras

question

Will this work with the Canon C-100 camera?
Asked by: Taresh M.
No. Unfortunately, there isn't an adaptor that will an EF-M lens to an EF mount, which is what your camera has.

question

Is there an adapter that will allow this lens to work on a mirrorless micro 4/3 camera (such as the BMPCC)? I realize it won't work on an EF mount, but I can't seem to find out whether it would work on MFT.
Asked by: Sean S.
Sorry but at this time their are no EF-M to MFT lens mount adapters available and there never will be. That is because the EF-M lens flange depth is 18mm and MFT is 19.25mm. Thus the EF-M lens, even if you mounted it to the camera, it would be too far away from the sensor to focus at infinity.

question

I have a metabones mft to ef would it work?
Asked by: Diomedes M.
It won't work on a standard EF mount because it had an EF-M mount. The M stands for Mirrorless so it only works for mirrorless cameras.
