Optimized for AR firearms, the AR P.E.P.R. Riflescope Mount with Quick-Detach Levers from Burris Optics will accept riflescopes with 1" main tube diameters, provide a height of 1.50" above the mounting rail, and allow up to 2" for forward positioning to ensure proper eye relief. For mounting additional accessories like lasers, flashlights, or cameras, each ring has a Picatinny mounting point on the top. The mount is made of lightweight aluminum with anodized black finish.

Does this really have quick-detach levers? The photo shows otherwise.

The Burris AR-P.E.P.R. Scope Mount comes in either the standard mount or the two quick release levers. If you look at the product page you can see both versions. There are several boxes where you can make your selection of tube diameter and standard or lever models. B&H # BUARPQDSM1

Im not sure what you mean by slick topped rings. But if you are asking do we have the same type of mount without the Picatinny-Topped Rings, yes we do. I have attached two versions below.
