It's a case. It has one job and it does it well. It doesn't come with instructions, but all you need to do is center your drive over the foam, punch it out around the drive with your fingers (it's perforated), and just like that you should have a snug fit! Also this case is updated from the one a few years ago that had the faulty latch issue where they would break. No problems with the new model.
One of the two plastic latches that keeps the case closed is already broken. Unfortunately this product only has a 30-day warranty.
