Cassette Adapter Bluetooth is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 33.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Audio Used in my older 2004 car that has an cassette player but no Bluetooth. I had previously been using a 'cassette adapter to ear phone' plug to play music from my Samsung Galaxy S5. Audio was poor with audible background 'clicks' as every song changed. This new Bluetooth solved the problem. Took some adjusting of equalizer, but now gives superb music audio and no background noise. You do need to adjust cassette deck volume knob for telephone calls- the call volume during telephone calls is significantly louder than music. No wires to deal with during playback, but you do need to occasionally plug the Bluetooth cassette device in (cable provided) to charge it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Greatest idea ever!!!!!!!! This is the best thing I think I ever bought. It works super easy and there were no problems pairing it. The microphone for hands free dialing seems to work very well so far as I can give audible commands to Siri and she picks them up well. The only downside about it is the side of the tape that allows the microphone to pop out sometimes has a loud buzz, but when you turn it over the. It starts working. I'm also not sure how long the recharge slot for sub recharger will last since you have to push it in pretty hard and it doesn't seem securely attached to the tape. Therefore I don't know how long it will last, but at $, if it lasts a year, I think I'm good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great solution for your older car! This product is for those of us with old cars, whose radios have cassette players but no input jacks for other bluetooth add-ons. The manufacturer was three months late releasing it, but it was worth the wait. Behind a small door in the cassette there's a cylindrical mike on a short wire -- you extract it and then push the cassette into your player, leaving the mike hanging out. Now you're all set to play music and take phone calls through your car's sound system. What a difference -- the road noise in your old car no longer overwhelms the speaker in your smartphone! I initially had worries as to how well a mike located way down by the cassette hole a yard from my mouth was going to work for phone calls, but my wife declared it intelligible even despite the road noise, and that's all I need. You can even answer calls by pinching the mike. I haven't yet had to recharge the unit, which unfortunately you can't do without taking it out of the player. But so far this device has been well worth the money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible sound quality This was the worst buy I have done in a long time. The sound quality was horrible. I tried it in 3 different cars and 2 different stand alone tape players & got the same result every time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turn down the volume. Repeat that mantra over and over. Bluetooth volume is usually controlled by the output device, so if you have your phone volume cranked up then so will this adapter and that makes for a loud, crackling mess. Also, when a connection is established this adapter beeps and if your stereo volume is at more than 1 of 11 (get the reference?) that beep will echo around your head for a few minutes. So, turn down your phone pretty low and turn your stereo down really low and then find a good balance. I think my phone is usually at about 1/4 volume so the volume on my stereo is roughly what I'm used to with a CD.Overall this It's a tape so don't expect stellar sound. That's probably partially due to the nature of transmitting music via Bluetooth, but it's also because we've forgotten how bad tapes sound. Now I can finally get some use out of my vehicle's tape deck and also play music on my ancient boombox from my phone. Sound quality is reasonably good, and with some tweaking of your bass and treble stereo settings things can be improved. Try to use a neutral sound profile on your phone if that's possible then tweak it from the stereo....or the other way around if that works better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my old car! I have a 2002 Mercedes Benz C240 with a tape deck. The tape deck is hidden and I couldnt use the cassette aux adapter. I also hate the static of an FM Modulator. I came across this and figured for $, i didnt have much to lose. Great BT device. Clear sound. Easy to use. No issues so far. highly reccomend this for anyone trying to make an old car keep up with technology without spending much.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from bluetooth works, poor audio quality I typically use my phone to listen to music in the car. If you are like me, this product isn't for you. The reason is it provides rather poor frequency response, so your music will lack that punch that it should have. In other words, your music will sound like it is coming out of a cardboard box. Very disappointing. If instead you just need to talk on the phone hands free, this will probably work fine. Podcasting may also be OK if your podcasts tend to be voice only. Again, your music will sound terrible through this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money Battery life is too short to be useful meaning you can't leave it in your car with the switch on. You have to eject every time you get in and re-pair with your phone. A cassette adapter with the cord is simpler and better. Can use with iPhone 6 and headset at the same time.
