A flexible wide-angle zoom in a compact form factor, the EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM from Canon is a 16-28.8mm equivalent lens designed for EF-S-mount DSLRs. Helping to reduce the overall size while maintaining high optical quality, a four-group zoom design is employed along with one ultra-low dispersion element, one aspherical element, and one large-diameter element to produce sharp, clear imagery void of chromatic and spherical aberrations. A Super Spectra coating has also been applied to suppress flare and ghosting for increased contrast and color neutrality. Benefitting both photo and video applications, an STM stepping AF motor is used to realize quick and near-silent autofocus performance along with full-time manual focus override. Additionally, a four-stop-effective Image Stabilizer system is also featured and minimizes the appearance of camera shake for sharper handheld shooting.

Canon EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM Reviews
Sharp and light weight for landscape photos.
I bought this lens because of the quality photos produced by it. This is one of the least expensive lenses in my collection. This lens produces the best landscape photos, with the sharpest, and best field of view of any lens I own. This is a very light weight, and small lens that I can always depend on for great shots.
Wow, It Fit's!
Finally found a place that will actually help direct me to the correct lens for my camera that fits, recently I did some online research for a lens to fit my Canon EOS Rebel t8i, one place sent me the wrong lens after my research, then I found B&H and they actually hooked me up, no hassles, answered my questions and led me to the lens that properly fit my camera for what I needed the lens for, thanks guys!
Nice lens
I wanted a reasonably priced wide-angle lens for family group photos. It appears to be about what I needed. I use a Canon T6 as a good point and shoot camera with auto focus. Strictly amateur abilities. This lens is wide angle with background details clearly copied. The kit lens which came with the camera is ok, but is too narrow for group shots closeup. Haven't used the lens much but have taken random pics of neighborhood homes and it appears to be worth the money. An entry level camera does not need an expensive lens. Happy with the purchase. B&H is the go to place for photo equipment, as far as I am concerned.
Works great
Used it this past weekend. Great little lens, the packaging was good, no issues.
Decent lens
It's a decent lens for the money. The fact it can go down to 10mm is attractive. I have noticed some barrel distortion on pano pictures but that is easily corrected in post.
Nice lens
Very nice lens
Impressed
Wanted a ultra wide for my canon that is pocket friendly and this one is a beauty. Takes great picture, precise and quick. I love it!
Great lens with excellent quality.
I'm using this with a Rebel T7. Paired with a Godox flash, this lens is terrific! It doesn't fisheye or distort in any way at the edges. The autofocus is silent and quick. It is absolutely perfect for real estate photography!!
