This tri-colored khaki green Reno 48 DSLR Backpack from Vanguard holds a DSLR with an attached lens such as a select medium zoom, two additional lenses, and a flash between padded touch-fastened dividers inside a rear-access gear compartment. The backpack features a front vertical zippered pocket for storing your iPad or a similar-size tablet in a protective case. For your accessories, there is a spacious zippered storage compartment at the top.

The front of the backpack has a zippered pocket that fits your lens cap, and the sides have mesh slip pockets that fit a water bottle. Together with an attachment strap at the top, one of the mesh slip pockets also acts as a side monopod attachment. There is an ergonomically padded back panel for comfortably carrying the backpack, which features padded shoulder straps with both sternum and waist belts. A top grip handle allows you to quickly grab the backpack on the go, and a removable rain cover protects your gear in unpredictable weather.

For quick-access to your camera gear, fasten the waist belt and remove the shoulder straps to turn your backpack to your front
For attaching additional accessories, there are attachment loops on the shoulder straps
A 10-point adjustable backpack harness and suspension system provide comfort when carrying your gear for long amounts of time

Reno 48 DSLR Backpack (Khaki Green) is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Price and value is the best. This is the perfect camera bag / backpack for me. I have a Nikon D750 with a Nikon 18-35mm lens attached. I no longer have a desire to carry a lot of weight with all kinds of prime and/or zoom lens. I carry a point & shoot SONY HX50 with a 30x zoom as well. I am amateur photographer and I shoot mostly landscape scenes and travel. I found the camera messenger bags put too much weight on one of my shoulders. The camera hip belt packs move too much while I walk. The price and value of this backpack is the best. There are other more expensive backpacks with similar features. But with this one, I found it works for me needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bag! I got this backpack after SO MUCH SHOPPING AROUND. I don't believe there is a perfect backpack for me, but this one is pretty close. It holds all my gear (24-70 2.8, 14-24 2.8, 50 1.4, lensbaby composer pro, edge 80, sweet 35, D750, F100) and accessories too. I like the side pockets & that there is bungee on the sides as well, to hold my tripod securely. The waist & chest straps are great & the shoulder straps are comfortable, even when the bag is loaded down. I do wish the top compartment was a little larger, but it gets the job done. It's nice & light, too, which is great because I already pack too much gear & I don't need the bag weighing me down too. Would recommend! Especially for the price!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from PaPa's got a brand new (camera) bag Bought this because I plan on doing a bit of "macro" work this year while I hike some trails. Fits my D500 with Tokina 100 macro, sb 700, Nikon 16-80, batteries... in the bottom "fitted" compartment and there's a whole other "top" compartment which I can store another body and lenses if I want (or lunch) and a place for my tripod. I don't think the tripod holder will work that great as there doesn't seem to be a place to secure it. Has a rain cover and it's not overbearing in size. Got the Orange one because I wanted to be seen when hiking the trails and not be mistaken for a deer by some overzealous hunter. I would have liked a bit of a different design but for the price I paid I can adapt my needs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall good quality I think light weight camera bag is important nowadays, because our equipment is become much heavier. The Vanguard Reno 48 is suitable for a DSLR bosy with 70-200mm F2.8, a 24-70mm F2.8 and a external Flash. The Vanguard Reno 48 overall above average quality and offer good protection to equipment. But it also suffer from several design flaw , I think some of the equipment will fall off from apartment to another apartment when using the bag , so I suggest Vanguard should offer a protection strip to ensure the equipment in the apartment will be in a proper positions. Besides , when the bag is so wet, I think some water (or Sweaty) will be go though the bag slightly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mediocre zippers. Flimsy tripod mount. Very poor quality hooks and zippers. Tripod mount hook broke while mounting a lightweight (2.2 lbs) tripod. Returned to manufacturer. It has an unconventional design, and the bag is very light, which is why I got it. It could store Sony A7, 35mm FE, 55mm FE, 70-200 FE, and if you tried hard, even a 16-35mm FE in the camera area. The top compartment is enough for a light jacket or such things. This bag has only four zippers, on small in the front, one on the front side, and one on top to access top compartment, and one on the back to access camera gear. It has NO space for laptop, just FYI. (I knew this before I bought the bag so this is not why I gave the bag only two stars). Camera bags must be sturdy and reliable, even if they claim to be lightweight. Imagine being on field and having to manage the hassles of a broken tripod mount. Just the looks of tripod mount should convince anyone that this is meant for mounting a tripod - only a monopod, perhaps.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Light and Functional! This is my latest camera backpack collection. So far, it has all my needs answered: light weight and versatile. The only things a little troublesome is that it may not tough and durable in the field. Time will tell!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Initial Impression I have just received this backpack and have not yet used it in a real situation. So, based on my initial examination I really am impressed with the design, color and quality. It has room for a dslr and a couple lens as well as a packable jacket, layers and small items. The two water bottle spaces on the outside are nice. The rain cover was at first hard to find but it is on the bottom of the pack with a small label to identify it's storage compartment. I really like the pack straps, waist belt and sternum strap as well as the back padding/ventilation. So, I plan to give it a real world test soon and take it on a photo shoot in Italy in a few months. It is a real value for the special sale price! I hope to give it 5 stars after I test in in the field!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A photographer's favorite Bought this bag as a travel backpack to fit a few items and a camera or two. Quality is very good and feels strong. Top compartment can fit large headphones, backup battery and a few small items but that's it. The front panel can fit an iPad, but unfortunately no 13" MacBook air. Great for the price and serves a photographer very well.
