The Nipros ES-500P-PAC Multi-Core Shoulder Camera Adapter & Base Station Package with Panasonic & LANC Remote Connectors is a multi-core system for professional Panasonic shoulder mount cameras. Featuring the ES-500P Multi-Core Camera Adapter and ES-600P Base Station, the system transfers HD/SD-SDI input and return signals, as well as Tally, Time Code, intercom, and other essential camera signals, between your camera and the Base Station up to 328' using a single 26-pin ES-series multi-core cable.

The ES-500P Camera Adapter mounts directly to the back of your shoulder mounted cameras via a V-Mount terminal. A variety of input connections are available, including component and composite video, time code, and XLR audio input with +48V phantom power and level controls. Additionally, there are 10-pin Panasonic and LANC remote controls ports, whose signals are also transferred to the ES-600P for remote camera control from the Base Station.

All of the inputs signals sent from your camera to the ES-500P are then passed to the ES-500P Base Station via a 26-pin ES-series multi-core cable. The optional cables have dual HD/SD-SDI cables interwoven with the multi-core for sending your camera's SDI output to the Base Station, as well as a return signal back to the ES-500P.

The ES-500P is powered by 16 VDC from the Base Station, passed over the multi-core cable. 12VDC power can be used to power your camera using the V-Mount terminal. There is also a 6-pin Hirose monitor interface port for passing power to the monitor, as well as accepting Tally signals sent from the ES-600P to the ES-500P via a multi-core cable, with both units providing built-in Tally indicator lights. For communication from the base station operator to the camera operator, the ES-500P and ES-600P have a built-in intercom system, with each unit featuring 4-pin XLR male ports for connecting intercom headsets.

The ES-600P Base Station features a 26-pin multi-core connection and HD/SD-input for receiving signals from the an ES-series multi-core cable. It then provides the corresponding outputs for passing those signals onto your studio devices. Outputs include tally, component, composite, time code, and an HD/SD-SDI return, as well as Panasonic 10-pin and LANC remote control ports. The ES-600P is packaged in a compact 1.5 RU half-rack size for easy installation, even in limited-space production areas.

Note: A 26-pin ES-series multi-core cable is required to connect the ES-500P to ES-600P.
