MakerBot Z18 overview

  • 1Description

The MakerBot Replicator Z18 3D Printer Kit with MakerBot Cart & Filament Case from B&H provides 3D printing on four wheels, which allows you to move it from place to place with ease. The included filament case also allows you to use two XL spools or one XXL spool of filament for larger 3D printing jobs.

The MakerBot Replicator Z18 allows you to print large, detailed objects up to 12" in width and depth, and up to 18" in height. To ensure accurate printing and to minimize warping even throughout lengthy print jobs, the Z18 features a heated build chamber to maintain a consistent temperature, and a polycarbonate ABS build plate that is resistant to temperature extremes.

Made for the Replicator Z18, the MakerBot Cart provides ergonomic height and is made of powder-coated steel. It has an interior shelf and additional storage space for filaments and 3D printing accessories. With four wheels on the bottom, the MakerBot Cart allows you to move the Replicator Z18 from one place to another. There is also an exterior shelf to hold the MakerBot Filament Case.

The MakerBot Filament Case is designed to hold one XXL spool or two XL spools of MakerBot PLA filament. The end of the spool or spools are threaded through an opening in the case and fed into your 3D printer, while the rest of the filament is protected in a completely enclosed case.
