The MuxLab LongReach HD-SDI to HDMI Extender Kit is a transmitter and receiver set that allows you to transmit an HD-SDI signal up to 500 ft via one Cat5e/6 cable and output it via an HDMI output. All resolutions up to 1080p60/50 are supported this 500 ft distance. SDI rates up to 3G are supported and are selected automatically. This extender allows you to use more cost efficient HDMI monitors and also eliminates the need for a separate SDI to HDMI converter.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Longevity We have tried several different products in getting our video stream from one building on our campus to the foyer of the next one. This product has lasted longer than any of the ones we have used before. We have had issues in the past with getting the equipment to send the signal strong enough to not encounter loss of signal. That has not been the case with the MuxLab 500716. I love that I don't need additional pieces of equipment to go from the HD-SDI signal to the HDMI TV.
