Axis Communications M3027-PVE overview

  • 1Description

The M3027-PVE 5MP Outdoor Fisheye Mini-Dome Camera from Axis Communications features a fully customizable viewing experience by providing you with the option for a 360° fisheye overview, 180° panorama, a double 180° panorama, or quad view. The two panorama views and the quad view are dewarped and flattened for a more realistic viewing experience. The 1/2.3" 5MP progressive-scan CMOS sensor captures video in resolutions from 2592x1944 to 160x120 at 12 fps. Footage can be saved locally to a microSD slot that supports cards up to 64GB, or to an NVR/NAS on the local network or at a remote location.

Designed for use in areas with challenging lighting conditions, the camera features Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) and Dynamic Contrast. WDR compensates for drastic differences in bright light and darkness in the same scene for improved image clarity and uniform brightness. Dynamic Contrast increases image quality, especially at low-light, by processing the differences between bright light and dark areas in the same frame and automatically adjusting the image for optimal contrast.

This outdoor camera features an IP66 and NEMA4X-rated housing that is dust- and weather-proof. It is also IK10-rated to be impact and vandal-resistant. For faster and easier installation, the camera features Power-over-Ethernet compatibility. For increased overall versatility and integration into existing systems, this camera is ONVIF Profile S compliant to enable it to work with equipment from a wide range of manufacturers.
