Converter Studio Video Transcoding Software for Windows from Elecard is an electronically downloaded video conversion application that supports many MPEG-2 and H.264 formats as well as DV AVI. It can export for a wide range of delivery targets, including mobile devices, social media websites, Blu-ray, and DVD, and broadcast transport and program streams. It can extract media from non-copy-protected DVDs and supports script-based non-linear editing using AviSynth.

MPEG-2 Encoding
Enables you to create DVD, HDV, HD-DVD, and Blu-ray compatible files that can be later be burned to a disc using separately available burning software or copied to other media
AVC/H.264 Encoding
Because of its relative efficiency over MPEG-2, H.264 is widely used in everything from Blu-ray DVDs to Web streaming. You can burn the files to disc using separately available burning software, save them in their original format on other digital media, or upload them to many websites
FLV Encoding
FLV is the format used by Adobe Flash Player, and is the default for many streaming websites
DV Encoding
Export to DV AVI format to make your footage editable in many third part editing programs
Two-Pass MPEG-2 and AVC/H.264 Encoding
Significantly improves image quality compared to single pass and makes encoding to a set file size possible
Supports Intel Media SDK
Allows users on computers with Intel HD Graphics to take advantage of hardware accelerated H.264 encoding for faster conversion than when relying on the CPU alone
Closed Caption Support
EIA-708 closed captions are supported for video in AVC/H.264
DVD to DVB Subtitle Conversion
Uses to DVD subpictures to create DVB subtitles in the exported file
Audio Encoding

Direct Copy
Enables you to copy the original video and audio stream from the input file to a new output file without conversion - making the encoding process faster and avoiding quality loss
