According to Dracast, it's half output at either end of the spectrum. When both color temperatures are at full, then you will get full output.

question

What is the battery powered option for this? The description mentions an optional adaptor, but there isn't one attached to this product page. I'm assuming it's to connect to a car battery?
Asked by: Brian
You are correct it can take a battery. It can use a 24v battery. Dracast just came out with a battery extender for their Fresnel lights. It is the Dracast Battery Extender B&H # DRBD4BS MFR # BD-4BS.It holds four V mount batteries and outputs 24v. It will last about 2-3 hours.

question

Does Chimera or any other manufacturer make a speed ring and light box for this or any of the Dracast fresnel LED lights?
Asked by: Corey
Being that this unit uses a 7 fresnel, you could use a Chimera Speed Ring for Video Pro Bank - Adjustable 5 - 9 B&H # CHSRA59VP to attach a softbox. Please see the image.
