It cannot. This cable is not rated HDMI 2.0, which is required for 4K at 60fps.

HDMI is a display interface; I imagine the answer is no. I bought one to connect my Sony A7Riii to an external display so I could edit on the camera and I love how thin and flexible it is so it doesn’t put stress on the camera socket.
