The Ricoh EV-G200C1-3543 2MP Color GigE Vision Extended Depth of Field Camera utilizes the combination of a specialized lens (available separately) and image processing algorithm, which provides a depth of field roughly three times that of conventional cameras. This enables capturing images of objects with sharp focus, regardless of the distance from the camera, eliminating the need to frequently adjust the focus or reposition the camera. In addition, subjects in both the background and foreground stay in focus. This camera is suitable for circuit board inspection and inspection in which subjects of varying sizes or depths along a line are captured.

The EV-G200C1 GigE Vision Camera is factory set to be paired with the EL-CC3543-2M 35mm f/4.3 Fixed Lens. It employs a 1/1.8" interline UXGA color progressive CCD sensor to capture color images at a resolution of up to 1624 x 1236 (UXGA). The camera's Area of Interest (AOI) scan mode allows for high-speed inspection. The user can freely define the start line and width of the image data. By scanning images of only the necessary portions, it is possible to transfer only the images required. This speeds up inspections by shortening the time required for reading and transferring data.

Note: This camera is factory set to be paired with the EL-CC3543-2M 35mm f/4.3 Fixed Lens and may not deliver optimal results if used with another lens.
