question

Does this mouse and keyboard need a USB receiver plugged in to the computer?
Asked by: Ben B.
Hi Ben, yes it requires a receiver. Sometimes when the computer enters sleep mode it may lose connection, in this case you will need to remove the receiver and insert it again to recognize the keyboard and mouse.
