Yes, BUT I found it to fit a little snug if you're using the frame to mount your gopro. When I used the frame, it squeezed it a little too much to the point that the button pass-throughs did not function properly. Would be the same with either the gopro 3/3+, most likely. But if you're using one of the plastic enclosure housings, should be fine for any gopro.
