It allows the installation of 2.5"/3.5" SATA drives, SATA SSDs (Solid State Drives), or 2.5"/3.5" SAS drives and supports fast drive swapping for additional storage. The rugged aluminum construction provides better heat dissipation needed by 15,000 rpm 3.5" SAS or SATA hard disk drives. The carrier is warranted for up to 30,000 insertion using durable Hirose connectors. It is equipped with CRU's patented Temperature Controlled Cooling System (TCCS).
