The black DataPort 25 SFF 2.5" SATA/SSD Removable Drive Enclosure from CRU-DataPort is a complete assembly with a removable drive carrier and frame, which accepts two 2.5" hard drives of any capacity in its carrier. The compact design allows this enclosure to fit into a 3.5" drive bay. The host (I/O) port of the enclosure operates at the speed of up to 3 Gb/s. DataPort 25 has a universal frame that supports both IDE and SATA drive carrier and can use either one or two low-profile IDE or SATA drives. It is suitable for government agencies, digital cinemas, and SMB organizations that need removable drive enclosures to store, transport, or protect sensitive data. It has silver keylock that serves as a power switch.*

This enclosure is equipped with connectors that are tested and verified for up to 30,000 insertions. Its carrier and frame can be mounted in computer bays (PC and Mac), and the simple design of this enclosure swaps drives easily for additional storage. Multiple hard drives provide reliable and continuous data backup in either a RAID 0 or RAID 1 setup. The stainless steel frame is designed for maximum airflow and heat dissipation, providing protection to hard drives. In addition, its removable carriers and frames are designed for small form factor applications, maximizing the use of space in small PCs, mobile systems, surveillance, and unused floppy bays.
