Rated 5 out of 5 by from VXi BlueParrot B250-XT Headset You get what you pay for if you got this item either you were tried of inferior products that did nothing but hurt your ear or didn't respond well...Well look no further this headset by far is the best one yet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NOT AS GOOD! I had the BlueParrot Xpressway until it died! I absolutely loved it. What a great headset! I wanted to buy the same unit, but found out they no longer made it. Okay so I upgraded to the B250-XT. No big deal, right? WRONG! It's aweful sounding. When you press a button, the ping you hear is so loud it'll blow your ears off even if the volume level is turned down. Then, no matter what level the volume is set to, it's so distorted that it's hard to understand what the other person is saying. I use it all time and I sure do miss my old one! The engineering is going backwards!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The Good And The Bad Plenty of volume so works well in a noisy environment, but the pings when changing volume are quite loud and operate independent of the volume. The sound is fairly clear. It would be nice to have a configuration that didn't require the band over the head - something that looped around the ear maybe? The foam mic cover tends to fall off and get lost. Problem is the covers are not available at the truck stops that carry the headsets and the only source I've found so far is online, where the covers are overpriced for what you're getting, and, the covers are an important part - I receive many complaints regarding the sound when communicating using the headset without the mic covers. I don't know Blue Parrot doesn't provide mic and earphone covers to outlets where the headsets are sold. Not sure if I'd recommend to a friend or not. Would advise them to shop around for a product that doesn't have the minuses this one has, and if none, then buy this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Headset I am a transport driver and it is required by law to use a handsfree device. I checked many reviews and found nothing but positive results on this product. I have been using it for almost a month now and I am extremely happy with it. I did not check with my fellow drivers but have noticed that most if not all are using the same headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Headset I was weary at first because anything wireless is kind of scary as I utilize my home computer, cell phone and headset for my job. However, I have nothing but great things ro say about this product! The clarity is great! And it blocks outside noises from distracting my callers on the other end. Terrific headset hands down!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not good for Telecons People I called said that my voice sounded GREAT... like I was talking on a landline. Whan I talked to someone one-on-one, the sound was not great... I could hear them, but it was not great. Unfortunately, I need the headset to participate/listen to a lot of teleconferences with multiple people. For this purpose, they were useless. If the person on the other end was speaking into a speakerphone, this headset was even worse. I could hear better if I put my cell phone on speaker and sat it in my lap. The earpiece sits over your ear like headphones, and when people spoke, it sounded like listening to them through a blown speaker. I thought the set I got might be defective, so I returned them. Sadly, the new set was just as bad. I work in the telecom industry and had one of our technicians test them paired with multiple phones (cell as well as VoIP desk phones). The results were the same each time. I've given up and went back to my $ earbuds so I can hear. :( On a different note, the piercing tones that sound when you adjust the volume are deafening.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Issues with Android I have an HTC M8 One with Android 6.20. The headset wouldn't connect to my phone until I rebooted the phone, and it later stopped connecting and required a reboot and a re-link. It's frustrating. When it works, it's great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent call quality I drive a commercial van and have to make and take frequent calls while on the road. This headset allows me to hear the person on the other end of the line well and them to hear me well.
