question

i'm having trouble with the camera. It says it shoots in 1920 x 1080 when making videos. But when I record for my youtube channel it ends up like 480. It has blurry pixels in the back. I thought at first it could be the lighting so I changed my setting but that didn't help. Everywhere around my figure in the video has blurry pixels, and even on my face it's blurry.
Asked by: Janie L.
It sounds like you need to change your settings on YouTube. You are probably recording in HD but not uploading in HD. Check your settings on YouTube to ensure the highest resolution when you upload so that it does not convert to a lower resolution.
