So if someone just has a cellphone turned on in their pocket or if i do it's gonna set this off so is have to get everyone's phones off to be effective.

That is what this product can do. We do not have it in our system and there is a 16 week lead time from placing the order.

With this unit there is no vibration mode. The "silence Detection mode" is when this unit is only using the lights on the unit and not beeping.
