Public speakers and others will appreciate using the battery-powered DSAN TimePrompt timer for practicing their short presentations. The TimePrompt is designed primarily for use in small venues such as classrooms and conference rooms. The timer triggers green, yellow, and red lights programmed in sequences from 15 seconds to 90 minutes. Sound cues counting up or down can beep manually or automatically with light changes.
Light sequences can be re-programmed via a free application that runs on a USB-connected PC. For sophisticated applications, two TimePrompts can be connected by ordinary data cable. One can act as a remote signal light; the other acts as a master controller. The unit runs on four AA batteries, or an optional WP-1 external 12V power supply. A foam-padded hard plastic carrying case is included.
