Operating on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, the ENH900EXT Long-Range 3x3 Dual-Band Wireless N900 Outdoor Access Point from EnGenius is a reliable networking solution for a variety of environments. With an IP68 rated enclosure this access point is designed to withstand weather extremes from snow to rain, hot and cold temperatures, and even dust and dirt. Installation and setup has also been greatly simplified as it comes equipped with two RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet ports supporting PoE 802.3at/af throughput. PoE pass through functionality allows for devices like IP cameras and access points to be integrated into the network without the need for an additional power supply. Once installed, the ENH900EXT transmits up to 29 dBm transmit power for extensive outdoor coverage and supports secure guest network access and band steering to optimize network traffic.
