The E19 Equitek from CAD is an ear worn microphone that is intended for hands-free miking in a variety of pro audio and AV applications. Its miniature ergonomic profile, behind the ear style, and replaceable cable combine to provide a design that lends to ease of use, comfort and stability. The E19 is also built for intelligible vocal reproduction, accommodating to the needs of demanding broadcasters, house of worship users, presenters and theater performers. It is designed to be used with CAD wireless transmitters that are equipped with a TA4F type connector.
Note: Though this microphone has the correct connector to work with Shure body packs, it is wired differently. For Shure, you want the E19SL microphone. ?

Yes, that is correct. Even though there are multiple versions of the E19 that come wired with a TA4F connector, each variation of the microphone is wired differently according to which brand of bodypacks it's going to be used with. For Shure products, you would need an E19SL.
