Yeah, you just need to use the GP-DV-BMCC regulator block with it.

question

Can this battery be used to power a standard V Lock light? For example - http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1081003-REG/genaray_spectroled_360_bi_color_led.html

The Switronix Powerbase-70 Battery Pack says it can be used like a conventional V mount battery. We see no reason that it should not work as you wish.

question

Will this battery work for the Canon 60d along with the Black Magic Cinema Camera? I would love to cure two birds with one stone.
Asked by: Anonymous
This kit is meant for the Blackmagic Cinema Camera only and no others. However, you could use the Switronix PB70B PowerBase 70. That plus two adapters will allow you to power the cameras, one at a time, from one battery. If you are looking to power both cameras from one battery, sorry we do not know of any possible battery. This not surprising for as a working professional, I have found that in order to maintain flexibility and control on set, you want to separately power your cameras.

question

Does this also require the purchase of The PB70C Powerbase Charger?
Asked by: Tyler C.
Yes, the Switronix PB70C PowerBase Charger must be purchased separately. This means if you are getting multiple batteries, you do not have the added expense of chargers you do not need.

question

If I mount this at the bottom of black magic cinema camera, how do I mount the system on a tripod?
Asked by: Anonymous
The Powerbase has male and female connectors above and below it. You screw the Powerbase into the bottom of the BMCC and then screw your tripod mounting plate into the bottom of the Powerbase.
