BenQ GW2765HT Reviews

Sweet Monitor

I head that Benq was a good monitor for editing photos and so far this monitor performs great. I was surprised to see in the box, not just a VGA cable but both HDMI and DP cables and to me this is something that so many manufactures just leave out. The only thing that I have an issue with is, I wished it had a button to quickly change the source. I do have another computer hooked up to it, (basically a stand by VGA computer) and it would be nice to quickly switch from DP to VGA. There are 3 custom key selections that I havent played with yet, Im hoping that will take care of my problem, regardless, this is a minor issue. Love the monitor and I highly recommend it.

Love it.

I've been using this monitor for nearly a year and I love it! Colors are vivid, detail is sharp, and it's the perfect size for video editing and the occasional Fallout playthrough.

Great monitor for the price

I find it similar to my ASUS PB278Q (two years old) and QX2710 Evolution II (four years old). Its wake up lag is 1-2 seconds longer but it is an acceptable compromise for the price. The control buttons need to be reached in the back edge of the monitor as opposed to the front or the side edges as in other monitors but one gets used to it.

This is a great price for an IPS monitor that also features tilt/rotate/swivel. Great picture, good connectivity with DVI/HDMI/DP/VGA(!). My only complaint is that it came with every kind of cable EXCEPT for DVI, which was of course the one I needed. Would have also preferred if they hadn't printed so many logos on the bezel.

This monitor provides a very good picture at a price that won't break the bank. It offers high resolution that costs a lot more from other brands.

Replaced a 23 1080 monitor with this one and paired it with another 23 1080 monitor. NO trouble running different size and resolutions together. For the price of this BenQ, it was well worth the upgrade. Crystal clear, accurate bright color screen. I cannot wait for the other 23 monitor to die. This BenQ will be its replacement.

I'm afraid not. For color critical works, please look at our photographer series monitors: SW240(24") , SW2700PT(27" QHD), SW271(27" 4K ) or SW320 (32" 4K)

question

What will I need to connect this to my new MacBook Pro 2017? I know there are lots of questions about this but I just need a simple direct answer bc I'm easily confused ;)
Asked by: Maureen M.
You may use a simple adapter, USB Type C to HDMI will do it no problem. The StarTech USB Type-C to HDMI Adapter (Black) B&H # STCDP2HD will do it well. https://bhpho.to/2gUOoAT
