Brother MFC-J4310DW Reviews

MFC-J4310DW Business Smart Series All-in-One Inkjet Printer is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far I'm quite happy Only had this printer for about 1 week, but so far I'm very happy with it. Brother printers have always been reliable for me. I really like that this printer will do 11x17 paper. Print quality is good. Photos are a little drab or unsaturated, especially greens and blues, however this is not a lab quality printer, so it's perfectly fine. Ink consumption seems to be good. I'm still on my first set of cartridges and I've printed quite a bit, including 11x17 full-color photos. I had no trouble setting it up on my wireless network. All done in a matter of minutes and it's been flawless since then.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This printer is with every penny After being somewhat skeptical I purchased this item, to my surprise it does everything I expected to do and what it said it will do, it is an outstanding product and for the price you cannot beat it also it use this very little ink. It may not be the fastest printer the world but it is dependable in every way .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like it Works great. Prints fast. The double side is really nice. Con: Not really a con, but the picture printing quality is really poor on fast settings. I assume this means that my ink will last longer than it did on my old HP

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Slow Printing This printer is incredibly slow to print anything more than black and white. The color printing colors are fairly bad. I use it for scanning and printing black and white documents only.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value for money It is a cheap printer, with a good speed and great ink yield. A little bit noisy, and yeah, it's made mostly of plastic, but it delivers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flawless so far Had an HP all in one and hated it. After two years the HP's scanner broke, but kept usign it even though it was going through ink a lot even when we barely used it. Just bought a new ink cartridge when our friends at B&H had a great deal on this Brother. What a difference to the HP. Setup was easy and minor following the manual. The software is soooo much better than HP, and does flawlessly what it is supposed to do. I only have it connected through WiFi and even scanning and software updates simply work over WiFi with just a few simple clicks. Excellent. What amazed me is that we do not have to switch it on or off (it does that by itself), nor load paper every time we want to print something, since the paper sits in a closed tray and is thus not exposed to dust etc. when we dont print for a while. Airprint as an added bonus, and we don't use the fax options it is also capable off. Very good. This is how printers should work. I read it's less well suited for photos, but didn't try yet, since we have a pro Epson for that. As an all in one printer, scanner, and more for family use I could not think of any flaws. I will never by HP again, but this Brother was a very pleasant surprise.
