    Harman Kardon HKESQUIREMINIBLKAM reviews

Esquire Mini Portable Wireless Speaker and Conferencing System (Black) is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 62.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks great; but that's about it. The unit looks nice. It's slim and the padded back looks really nice; but that about the only thing good about this device. Sound is horrible at any volume above low. Bass is non-existent and pops if you turn it up the slightest. The unit has a bad tendency of powering itself off at the most inopportune times and battery life is so sub-par that I have to keep it plugged in to get it past an hour or so. The only plus is the mic - which seems to work great; but for the price I can deal with my Laptop's mic. I purchased this a few years back because of the name; but.. well I guess harmon-kardon has taken a nose dive in quality over the years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The simplicity makes it perfect I've bought the esquire mini about 2 weeks ago, this because of my job I'm living in hotels most of the time and phone speakers just don't do the trick. The sound is very clear, bass is good, just don't expect it to give deep bass with r&b songs. But since I'm listening mostly to lounge and pop music, for me it's perfect. Added benefit is that you can charge your phone or iPad on the go. So you'll not need an external battery anymore. For the battery life, so far I can say I've beaten the given 8 hours, but then again, I don't play at full volume.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Esquire Mini Portable Bluetooth Speaker To some it up. A Very nice high end pocketable bluetooth speaker. The material consist mostly of metal and leather, hardly any plastic is used on the outside of the case. And this thing has some weight to it, feels like you're carrying 2 iPhones. Had no problem connecting to several device, from older iPhone3, a iPhone5, iPad, and Acer laptop running Win10. On the laptop i also connected with the aux audio cable(not included), and that worked fine. Made several calls while driving, the voice clarity is perfect. Can hold a conversation with out a glitch. As to sound quality all I can say is that the treble and mid's are great but not alot of bass. Which is expected from something this size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tried all the Bluetooth speakers & the winner is.. I tried the new Bose mini II, the UE by Logitech, Beats Pill, jambox, And I was about to give up and tried the Esquire Mini and am a loyal fan. I needed a small bluetooth mainly for conference calls with iPhone 6 Plus and music as a secondary and this is the only one with excellent call quality. The only thing it needs a software patch for is pairing properly to new Macbook Retina. It keeps dropping connection and/or has poor connection but I think that is more a Mac issue. I can wait... After a week of several conference calls this is the WINNER
