Will this work with Speco O2VLB8 IP camera?
Asked by: Daniel
Hi Daniel, I can't say for sure. You'll have to check the voltage of the camera to make sure it matches this POE Adapters. Make sure it is not too much for it. I have worked on projects when the CCTV team damaged the camera because they used the wrong POE. Best to use a Poe switch if you can.

question

what's the difference between standard and the one with Gigabit LAN port. I don't see any extra ports in the picture for the latter?
Asked by: John M.
Not sure what you mean by standard port. You could use the Gigabit LAN port on this for a 100 or 1000 Mbps network connection. How this adapter works is, you plug your network into the LAN port (from your switch/router), and then plug the network cable for your 48V PoE device into the POE port. The LAN port is for the upstream connection. The POE port is for your downstream PoE device.
