The black HXi Series HX750i 750W 80 Plus Platinum Certified PSU ATX Power Supply Unit from Corsair offers tight voltage control, virtually silent operation, and a fully-modular cable set. Equipped with a 105°C capacitor, it is designed for high-performance PCs where reliability is essential. The 80 PLUS Platinum efficiency reduces excess heat, and together with Zero RPM Fan Mode technology, gives you virtually silent operation.

With Corsair Link Digital support, you can monitor power supply performance, toggle between single-rail and multi-rail mode, and control fan speed directly from your desktop. The fully-modular low-profile cable set makes builds and upgrades easy with clean results.

Quiet, Efficient Operation
The 80 PLUS Platinum efficiency and Zero RPM Fan Mode mean that at low-to-medium loads the fan doesn't spin at all. When it is pushed hard, the 140mm thermally-controlled fan spins only as fast as it needs to. The HX750i is built with a capacitor and other internal components specially selected to reduce coil whine and other electronic noise.
Corsair Link Digital for Advanced Monitoring & Control
The HX750i connects the included cable to a motherboard USB header and downloads the free Corsair Link Dashboard application for Windows, following which you can monitor performance and efficiency, toggle between single-rail and multi-rail mode, and control fan speed directly from your desktop.
Easy Installation
The fully-modular low-profile cable set allows for quick and easy installation and pleasant-looking builds.
Temperature Rating
The HX750i is engineered to meet maximum power output at a server-grade 50°C temperature rating.
Fan Self-Switch Function
The HX750i features a fan self-test switch to determine fan functionality even before installation.
Voltage Protection
Over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, over-power protection, and over-temperature protection provide maximum safety to your critical system components.
Safety and Agency Approvals
The HX750i is complaint with FCC, ICES, CE, UL / CUL, CSA, C-Tick/RCM, TUV, CB, CU, KC Mark, RoHS, WEEE, RoHS (China), and REACH.

HXi Series HX750i 750W 80 Plus Platinum Certified PSU ATX Power Supply Unit (Black) is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome product Works as intended. The PSU unit is very quiet compared to my old Corsair TX850. Thats the sole reason I decided to build a new computer. Combined with a platinum efficiency certification, your getting your money's worth in wattage. I installed this in my Fractal Design Define R5 case and it barely trickles out any noise at idle. It is uncertain to know whether 750 watts is enough for the computer if your a hardcore gamer. Strong GPUS are requiring more and more watts, so check with your graphics card specs before deciding to crossfire/sli.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from System Saver! I placed this Corsair Hxi750i 750-watt 80+ Plat. fan into an empty lian-li case and went out from there... Two cables got inadvertently reversed and according to an A+ cert tech, any other fan would have not been smart enough to block a fully and escalated POST; i.e., thus, otherwise allowing a frying to the motherboard. Bottom line: my $$ was well invested! Corsair not only rocks, it works far beyond measure. Go ahead & invest in the BEST.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Power Supply-No Problems... Nothing bad to say about this power supply...except it could have been a little cheaper in price. Performance wise, it does the trick with no issues after 10 months of use on a build w/ i74790k cpu, 4g gtx970, 16g corsair vengeance pro memory, 250 ssd, 1T hard drve, & 2 opt drives. I basically got this one for reliability re future upgrades, like adding another GPU, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easier that expected I had not built a system in 6-7 years and was dreading the prospect of dealing with a lot of the changes that have taken place since then. The modular power supply units, clearly a lot less hassle than expercted. Easy to keep clean cable runs, No extra left overs, it was a pleasant experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from HXi Series HX750i 750W 80 Plus I believe in the Corsair products, their power supply is one of the best on the market, I have the 850 on one of my other machines and i am very impressed with it. This one is a modular so of course you can't go wrong here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Perfectly, No Problems... My specs using this PSU... CPU; i7 4790k, RAM; 16g Corsair vengeance pro, GPU; Nvidia GTX 970 (4G), MOTHERBOARD; Gigabyte Z97X UD5H. I'm using a Noctua cpu cooler, 250G Samsung SSD, & WD 1TB Black Edition HDD...All in a Fractal Design Define R4 Case running 3 fans. PSU is easy to install, as all are. Since it's fully modular, if you're a new builder, it's best to plug necessary cables for components into the psu before screwing it into case. This goes without saying, but do the power test as soon as open box. Just plug into an outlet & press the test button to make sure fan works. Other than that, it works perfectly for me. I'm giving the PSU 5 stars, but I wasn't thrilled with the Corsair Link software (cable included to connect to usb header from psu), mainly because it always opened on startup & filled the desktop screen. I'm running Windows 8.1. Close it out & it runs in the background in taskbar. Fine enough, but restart computer & it pops up on window again. I went into 'startup' to disable, but it wasn't showing up as starting on 'startup'. So, I just uninstalled it. My motherboard software shows me much of the same info re components, etc. Last thing, I would probably knock a star off if incorporating price. I don't think it should be priced as high as it is. That's not a fault of BHPhoto, but it's basically the market price all around. The product, though, is 5 stars.
