Should I get Teleconverter with sigma 150-600
Whether or not you “should” depends entirely on what kind of shooting you want to do, whether the potential loss of sharpness and/or contrast, and the real loss of a stop or two, is worth being able to reach that far. Plus, you have to consider what body you’ll be using and it’s ability to autofocus at stops lower that f8.

How well will this lens perform on an E-Mount body using the Sigma MC-11 teleconverter?
The Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary Lens for Canon EF is compatible with the Sigma MC-11 adapter and Sony E mount cameras. Autofocus is fast and reliable, image stabilization on the lens does work. Autofocus won't be as fast as the best Sony lenses, but it is still very good. The only issue will be autofocus in video mode that may not work, depending which Sony camera you are using and what firmware it is running.

What's the difference between the sport and the contemporary
Basically it's the materials and the build of the lens ... the sport is more durable, water and dust resistant. The sport is definitely built for long outdoor exposure to the elements. All that being said I shoot surfing with the Contemporary model all the time and have had no issues. I just limit it's exposure on high wind (dusty) or rainy days. I'm very happy with mine.
