question

I am curious if anyone has tried this as an XQD card reader solution? I'd like to use this with the Sony XQD ExpressCard Adapter as an extremely fast XQD reader. Could offer more scalability moving forward as faster XQD cards are released, but am concerned about proprietary issues between reading only Sony cards and not Lexar for example. For the consumer, we keep revisiting the Beta vs. VHS standard again and again. I love XQD, and would like to see more standardization.

No, those will not work together. The EQD Express Adapter is designed to only be used with computers that have an ExpressCard 34 card slot
