I am aware Tarmon can do a free firmware update for this to work with FTZ+Nikon Z6/Z7, but, some are saying it worked fine as-is when they used it on a FTZ adapter. Can anyone confirm?
Out of the box, it may work fine but your best bet is to update it regardless. Anytime there is new firmware updates, it is good practice to update it.

can I use Tamron sp 15+30 lens with A73 with sigma mc 11?
The MC-11 only allows for either Sigma lenses with a Canon EF mount or Sigma lenses with an SA mount to fit the Sony E mount cameras. Being that this lens is a Sony A mount, a more suitable adapter is the Sony A-Mount to E-Mount Lens Adapter (Black), B&H# SOLAEA3, which mounts A mount lenses to a Sony E mount body.

Will Tamron lens sold by B&H warranted internationally?
I have no idea. I do know that if you purchase in the U.S. that will repair it in the U.S. Trade contracts, tax codes, company policies all seem to have a say in how the product warranties are handled. To be sure I would contact a Tamron rep through B&H (they may know exactly what to do-thay have been exceptional to me in the past).

The Tamron SP 15-30mm f/2.8 Di USD Lens for Sony A is not compatible with the Sony Alpha a7R II, unless you use an adapter. The Sony Alpha a7R II has a Sony E lens mount. This Tamron lens has a Sony A lens mount.
