question

Hello all, Does any one know what is needed to achieve successful HSS shooting using a Pentax 645Z with this monolight? Aside from swapping in a longer burning bulb, are there any other required firmware/hardware considerations? Anyone having real world on-location experience using hss this light, please tell what you know.I looked at the Profoto B1 option (lower power; no hss provision for Pentax 645), but prefer the Bron., even if I have to bring my own power on location. Thanks everyone in advance!
Asked by: Teila
At this time there is no system that allows the Pentax 645Z work in HSS.

I Have Grafit powerpack and various J and unilght heads as well as boxlights and pulsospot4. I prefer monobloc heads. Looks like my studio needs will be met nicely by the Siros L 800’s. My question is do these integrate well with the standard powerpack systems of Broncolor like my Grafit and heads? Ie: color temp and output the same? Fast flash duration settings like 1/7000sec t.1? Modifiers all fit same bayonet mounts? iOS app control, is there a way to include my older pack system?
Asked by: Eric
The Broncolor Siros 800 S would have a flash duration of 1/4000 at t.1 and would accept all Pulso/Primo type modifiers. While they can be triggered optically from your current Broncolor pack/head system, you cannot trigger your pack/head system using the bronCONTROL App.

question

Hi, Does anyone know what standard reflector ships with the Siros monoblocs? is it the L40?
Asked by: david
This monolight would ship with an integrated reflector and the L40 reflector is sold separately. The item code for that reflector is BRRL40. Please see the image for that below:

What remote would I need to make these lights work with a Leica S3?
Asked by: James
The Broncolor RFS 2.1 Transceiver, B&H # BRRFS2T, would be a transmitter that may be used with the Leica S3 Medium Format DSLR Camera to wirelessly trigger the lights in the Broncolor Siros 800 S Pro 3-Light Kit.
