V-Mount Adapter Plate for Blackmagic URSA & URSA Mini is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Screws not included How do I attach this?!? There were no screws or tools to help you put this into the back of my camera. I'm going to have to go to Home Depot or a watch store to find the tools necessary to attach this. Wish this had come with the camera I bought...and with screws...and with tools.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from V-Mount Adapter Plate for Blackmagic URSA & URSA The plate comes pre-wired for the URSA camera. The process to attach it is straight forward although I didn't have a Phillips screwdriver that fit into the screws well. From other reports I read there was sometimes a problem with the screws heads being stripped out. I suspect that was due to a Phillips screwdriver that wasn't quite right. The plate mounts easily, the small steel plate on the URSA comes off and the multi-wire connector plugs right in. Build seems pretty good. I would recommend it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from DTAP ON WRONG SIDE Dtap is not as shown in the photo with the power coming from the right side. It actually comes from the left side which is a huge pain if you're a camera opp and you have wire sticking in your ear.
