Perfect tool to enhance the power of the B2 head in full sun. The umbrella has a great light quality and the over all workmanship of the product is great. Bit pricey.

Well made umbrella, nice light output

I purchased this umbrella with the small diffuser. The construction is what you'd expect from Profoto. Great materials with a solid feel. It comes with a nice protective case. It's easy to open and setup with my D1 Air. Sure there are other, cheaper alternatives but I figured I'd buy something of quality once and not have to worry about it. Let's just hope I'm not eating my words!

    question

Can this umbrella be used with other/any moonlights?
    Asked by: august h.
The Profoto Deep Small Umbrella (33 , Silver) would be compatible with all light fixtures which use the standard 8mm umbrella shaft. As Elinchrom light fixtures require a 7mm umbrella shaft, this umbrella is not compatible with Elinchrom monolights.

    question

What is the output compared to the hard Magnum reflector?
    Asked by: Anonymous
Profoto does not have a comparison for output between different umbrellas.Just that this umbrella because of the design and shape has more control and gives a sharper or harder edge of light.

If you are asking if it can be turned inside out, say from hi wind, I'd say no. It is pretty defined as a deep umbrella. We've shot it outside in the mountains at 10,000+ feet and it works great. Have a strong assistant.
