Celestron 71362 overview

  • 1Description

Enjoy bright and clear views from dawn to dusk with Celestron's 10x50 LandScout Binocular. The combination of porro prism optical path design, large 50mm objective lenses, and anti-reflection fully multicoated optics produce views with crisp depth of field that are bright and clear, even in low-light. The binocular's 66° apparent angle of view provides an immersive wide-angle field of view not normally associated with 10x magnification optics.

To offset the weight of the large lenses, the chassis is made of a lightweight and durable aluminum alloy with rubberized armoring that protects against bumps and impacts. Made for extensive use in all weather, the housing is nitrogen-filled for water and fogproof performance. This is critical when the binocular is being used in areas where temperature fluctuation can affect the performance. On the trail, in the woods, at the park or stadium, the LandScout binocular is ideal for almost any activity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREEAAT! Really a good product... bright and clear.... Yes, really, a very good pair of binoculars... light weight... perfect focusing... collapsing to find proper viewing easy... But only one complaint... that is, I would have liked to see rubber eyelet couplets for more comfortable and tighter fit on the eyes (the plastic rims (adjustable in height for eye distance to lenses) are not really as comfortable and do let a bit light in at the sides). Also the plastic protective caps for the larger lenses don't fit really snug, and WILL loosen easily after using for a while - meaning they are easier to lose. Should make these rubberized also for a more snug fit. For the price - really a great buy... and B&G ordering and shipping is the BEST!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A lot of biniocular for the money Very impressed with these. The image is very clear. I actually find them easier to hold steady than my lighter 10x42 bins due to their excellent balance and ergonomic design and are much better in low light. I might even give my 10x42 to my son and use these instead.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you for your prompt delivery and excellent pricing, This is our first purchase from your company and I can only say it has been a pleasant experience. The binoculars have surpassed our expectations considering the price, we are currently travelling around Australia and use them to watch the wildlife as well as general field use.
