The pack of ten Q1615 2MP 1080p Day/Night Network Cameras from Axis Communications delivers detailed video in demanding video surveillance conditions, such as in poor or highly variable lighting. The cameras feature both Wide Dynamic Range with forensic capture and Lightfinder technologies. Wide Dynamic Range with forensic capture optimizes video for forensic purposes by enabling a high level of detail to be visible in both the dark and bright areas of a scene. Lightfinder technology makes the cameras extremely sensitive to low light, effectively allowing them to capture clear images even in dark conditions to offer color video. The cameras apply advanced algorithms to optimize image quality and include the ability to seamlessly transition between the WDR and Lightfinder modes.
The focus assistant feature helps you set the focus, which can also be remotely fine tuned using remote back focus. Pixel counter helps verify that the pixel resolution of an object fulfills regulatory or user requirements. The leveling assistance function guides to achieve the correct level during installation, and
the auto rotation function flips the image to the right orientation, even when
the Corridor format is used. The cameras also support Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS), which improves video quality in situations where the cameras are subject to vibration and the video, without EIS, would be shaky to view. With EIS, vibration effects are reduced resulting in smoother and steadier video.
Each camera comes with a CS-mount 2.8-8mm varifocal lens. Installation is made easy with Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af), which eliminates the need for separate a power supply and associated cables. Each camera also has a memory card slot (card not included) for storing recordings locally.
