    Firefield FF16001 reviews

3x42 NVRS 1st Generation Night Vision Rifle Scope with IR Illuminator is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good up to 50 yard Just got back from TX night hog hunting. The Firefield NVRS 3x42 Gen 1 Night Vision works and I do recommend up to 50 yards in cloudy conditions. I was not able to see raccoons at 100 yards with the IR illuminator on. A 3 to 9 scope with a green flash light worked better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disapointed... The housing seems study but the lens pretty much sucks. Not sure if the distortion is inherent with the night vision but small movments make it look like peripheral objects are actually moving. There was also a small spot on the night vision in the middle from day one. The amplifier worked well but the lens is so low quality That I can't even imagine trying trying to zero a weapon with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Night shift Unit was recommended by a person who uses these for night rifle completion. First scope of this type for me, works very well. Small amount of moon light, no illuminator needed. Nice large simple controls, standard A type batteries. Cons: takes awhile for eyes to normalize AFTER looking through it. built like a tank, heavy. Very satisfied overall.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I WOULD BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN I USED THE NIGHT SCOPE LAST NIGHT, AND ABOUT 15 HOGS CAME TO MY STAND. I COULD SEE EVERY PIG REAL CLEAR.BUT I MISSED THE SHOT. IM HAVEING TROUBLE ZEROING IT IN. I HAVE IT ON A AR-15 AND I THINK ITS MOUNTED TO HIGH. THE SCOPE IS GREAT, I THINK THE PROBLEM IS ME OR THE GUN. THANKS
