With this dual band access point you can offer connectivity on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies allowing for a maximum data transfer rate of up to 1,750 Mbps. Along with dual band connectivity, this Linksys access point is compatible with 802.11a/b/g/n network standards ensuring nearly any Wi-Fi compatible device will be able to connect to it.

With integrated Power over Ethernet (PoE) connectivity you can eliminate the need for additional power adapters allowing this access point to be installed nearly anywhere. Additional features include an integrated Gigabit Ethernet port, a captive portal for customized guest Wi-Fi access, cluster management to manage multiple wireless access point simultaneously, client quality of service (QoS), IPv6 support, and much more.

Next-Generation Wi-Fi Connectivity
The Linksys Pro Series Wireless-AC Dual Band Access Point supports the 802.11ac wireless networking technology, a three-time performance increase from 802.11n. Enhancements such as wider 80 MHz channels provide greater data bandwidth while operating in the less-crowded 5 GHz band space.
