question

Are the Sony A7 manual focus magnification aids usable when using this adapter with Nikon G lenses? Thanks
Asked by: Werner
I got the adapter to use with my older Nikon lenses. I did check the mag function and it is not available. This adapter does not bring the contacts to the lens so I would not expect it to go into mag mode. It works fine with the lens as the focus highlighting is in use. i am using the A7RII and the focus highlight was one of the reasons I got it to use my old lens as well as new auto lenses.

Sorry, I cannot answer that question. I can only say the adapter fits my Nikon lens snugly and rotates smoothly.
