I put it in front of the lamp with tape. Be careful though, it the continuous lamp is hot or too close to the filter it will burn. I usually use it without continuous light just in case. Or on/off just so it doesn't heat enough.

Hi Cesar, these are just sheets of colored gels. As long as they are not too close to the heat of the bulb you can tape them in front of any light and it will work. You could also cut them easily with scissors to customize the fitting. So yes, they will work with your light.

Yes, just attach it to the light before attaching the soft box. Be aware, they could melt if the light gets hot.

These will work with any lighting system. Most people just use a piece of gaffer’s tape to attach to the light. They are 12x12 so you can cut them down to a custom fit or just leave as is.
