The EVOLVE 65 UC Mono Headset is optimized for Unified Communication systems, providing instant "Plug & Play" installation for your headset. The headset is compatible with most vendors of Unified Communication systems. It employs digital signal processing (DSP) to digitally optimize the user's voice and suppress echoes, and has a built-in "busy light" to alert your coworkers that you do not wish to be disturbed.

With built-in NFC, pairing your mobile device is easy: Simply tap your device against the side of the headset and you're ready to go. When not in use, the EVOLVE 65's midi microphone boom arm can be easily stowed with a small magnet in the headband. It comes with a leatherette ear cushion, a USB charging cable, and a soft pouch, as well as the Jabra LINK 360 USB Bluetooth 4.0 adapter to make your computer Bluetooth-ready. The EVOLVE 65 can be used for music as well as voice.

Jabra PC Suite enables remote call control with the Jabra EVOLVE 65 and the latest generation of UC and IP softphones by giving you a number of remote call control functions. While the microphone is not removable, all you need to do is turn the headphone around 180 degrees, so yes, you can use it with the microphone off your left ear or off your right ear.

Yes it comes with an orange USB cable in addition to the carrying case. I don't have something to measure it with but I'd say it's a 5ft cable.
