NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The B&H $500.00 Gift Card Dash (the "Sweepstakes") is void where prohibited by law and is sponsored by B&H Foto & Electronics Corp., 440 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10001 ("Sponsor"). It is not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook or Twitter in any way.

Entry Period/Methods of Entry. The Sweepstakes will run from on or about October 28, 2018 until on or about December 23, 2018 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void. Enter the Sweepstakes via either one of the following methods. (1) Share any product found on the B&H website (the "Website") on Facebook or Twitter via the dedicated links contained on the website using the hashtag #BHWishlist; or (2) Mail a postcard (postmarked during the Entry Period) containing your name, address, phone number, and email address, and indicate the subject(s), if any, about which you are interested in receiving future emails from B&H (e.g. photo, video, audio, computers, home theater, portable entertainment ) (optional) to: B&H $500.00 Gift Card Dash Sweepstakes, c/o B&H Foto & Electronics Corp., 440 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10001 (either option, an "Entry"). Entries must not, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content. Entries deemed by Sponsor to be inappropriate will be disqualified. Entries owned by a third party, or the use of any trademarks, service marks, logos, brands, or products owned by a third party are not acceptable for entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit 1 entry per person, per day.

Winner Selection/Prizes/Odds. The B&H Social Team will randomly select a winner from among all eligible entries every Monday during the Entry Period, for a total eight (8) winners (each a "Winner"). Each Winner will receive a B&H Gift Card pre-valued in the amount of $500.00. No cash or other substitutions will be offered. Winner selection is in the sole and absolute discretion of the B&H Social Team. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be notified and receive their prize at the email address associated with the account to which their Entry was posted or the email account provided with a mail-in entry. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Identity of Winners/Eligible Participants. Winners will be identified by the email account associated with the Facebook or Twitter account from which their Entry was submitted or the email account provided with a mail-in entry. An email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the internet access or online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. Any issues regarding the identity of a Winner shall be resolved by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sweepstakes is only open to residents of the United States that are at least eighteen (18) years of age on their entry date and is not open to employees of Sponsor, their immediate family, any person domiciled with such employees, or any affiliates or subsidiaries of Sponsor.

Entry Ownership/Entrant Agreements. Entrants retain full ownership and copyrights to their Submission. However, by entering the Sweepstakes entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their Entries for promotional purposes on their respective social media channels with proper credit. Entrants also agree: (a) to be bound by these Official B&H $500.00 Gift Card Dash Sweepstakes Rules; (b) that any claims related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and that awards, shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes, and shall not include incidental or consequential damages or attorneys fees; and (c) that any actual or perceived ambiguities in these rules shall be interpreted by Sponsor in their sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability/Sponsor Modification/Cancellation Rights/ Choice of Law/ Venue/ Winners List. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete entries or for failure to receive entries due to technical failures or human error of any kind. Winners agree that Sponsor will have no responsibility for losses or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of the prizes. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's consent to the publication of his or her name by Sponsor in any media for commercial or promotional purposes without limitation or further compensation subject to Sponsor's respective Privacy Policies. Sponsor may modify or discontinue the Sweepstakes at any time and may disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person it determines, in its sole discretion, to have attempted to or actually tampered with or otherwise abused any aspect of the Sweepstakes. Entrants agree that in the unlikely event a dispute arises in connection with this Sweepstakes, it will be governed by the laws of the State of New York and heard exclusively in a court of applicable jurisdiction in the County and State of New York irrespective of any choice of law provisions to the contrary. To receive names of the winners by U.S. mail, please mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: B&H Foto & Electronics Corp., Attn: B&H $500.00 Gift Card Dash Sweepstakes, 440 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10001. Any Winners List request must be received by B&H within one (1) year of the date the Sweepstakes is conducted.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Time is Not On Your Side I have not used this warranty, and quite frankly, I hope I never do. However, I was surprised when I ordered this along with my new Nikon D850 which was back ordered, that the clock started ticking on the warranty from the day of the order. It took 3 months for my camera to arrive due to the heavy demand, Nikon’s backlog, and B&H’s very reasonable policy of filling orders based on the time and date the order was placed. It would seem only fair that the warranty begins when the order is filled, not when it’s placed. If this is standard policy, I would suggest waiting until you receive notice that your item has shipped before buying the warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it The fine print, after you purchase the service: They will only cover costs up to the value of the unit. They will charge you an undefined labor rate and parts cost to work on your unit. Ergo, they can charge you absurd rates and you can end up with a unit that is still not fixed in the end. Also, at their discretion they can replace your unit with a refurbished item (with its unknown issues). For $$, you are not buying a service that guarantees an operable unit for 4 years. You are rolling the dice that anything that happens is very minor and they won't charge you more than the value of the unit.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Defeats the purpose of buying a warranty I got a 3-year Square Trade warranty for a camera I purchased. After a couple years the camera started having issues with recording. I sent it in while still under warranty, after a week I was told they could not fix it and it was sent to the manufacturer to be repaired there. I was told I would receive updates on the status of the camera, I received none. I sent emails asking about the camera's status, I received zero replies. After a month, I am still waiting for my camera to be returned to me. I am a cameraman, who relies heavily on owning a camera for my income. Square Trade has refunded me the cost of the warranty purchase, but this doesn't begin to make up for the money I have lost by being forced to rent equipment rather than provide my own.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't honor the warranty. I bought the 4 year drops and spills for my A7Rii, and a year and a half into it, had to use it from an accidental drop in a creek. We're now going on 3 months, and still no camera. They say if they can't fix it, they'll replace it. But on expensive items, that's just not the case. They send it back to the manufacturer, and you're just stuck with nothing until maybe, hopefully, they send it back to you. I won't be buying another warranty from squaretrade.... ever.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Better than the manufacturers extended. I am giving this plan one star for one reason only: An extended warranty should extend the original by the amount you purchased. It should NOT OVERLAP the original. So when you purchase an EXTENDED 3 Year warranty your total coverage should be 4 years (including the manufacturers 1 year)!!! It should begin when the original warranty ends. However this one does not so the 3 year warranty becomes a 2 year warranty which is infuriating! That being said, this warranty was still better and less expensive than the Samsung one which is the only reason I purchased it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DON'T RISK IT Quick story, I bought a Sony 5.2 receiver�for my big screen and during a perfectly perfect sunny day I experienced a power surge that blew my Sony "dead in the water"! I called B&H from where I bought the Sony and to my dismay I had not bought the Square Trade protection plan. The sales person said had I had the protection another Sony 5.2 would be on its way. From that day on I do not buy anything without getting the protection plan. The $19.99 for three years would have stopped me from having to buy another Sony 5.2 receiver to replace the blown one and I also have everything�on surge protectors now.� HARD LESSON LEARNED.

Never buy this it is terrible i bought an insurance for 1,999.99 for my hasselblad camera the camera broke after 3 weeks. i called this service so they will get it fix. they were terribly disrespectful, not helpful, and did not solve my issue. they recommended me to go fix it at a local normal store and then give them the bill I mean its a hasselblad! they should at least help me while i don't have my camera i use it as my job!Terrible service worst 1,999.99 dollars I've ever spend

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE When calling SquareTrade, you get a kid who doesn't know anything about the actual website. Buyer beware. SquareTrade used to be helpful and now they just forward you into an endless circle of loop holes. I bought coverage that included Drops and Spills but now trying to file a claim it says doesn't cover. Also a mess up with the serial number not matching and unable to update. Their website has changed since earlier 2017.
